Decorative Concrete
Stamped Concrete provides the look of natural stone or tile for driveways, patios, pool decks, and interior floors. Patterns are stamped into flat finish concrete prior to final set with the use of rubber stamps. Color can be added to the mix for additional accent. With natural finishes and a wide array of shapes to choose from, stamped concrete is the affordable choice for an upscale finish to your living space.
Sandscape Concrete is a type of exposed concrete that reveals the top layer of concrete. Color is added to the mix and it leaves behind an architecturally pleasing concrete with a skid resistant surface. Fantastic for pools decks, patios, driveways, or on large scale commercial projects.
ACID STAIN CONCRETE – Interior & Exterior Acid stain has gained popularity for both interior and exterior use. It can be applied to new or old concrete and gives a wonderful patina to floors. View Lithocrome® Chemstain acid stain colors (PDF). The acid stain process is applied after the concrete is poured and cured for at least 28 days. The acid reacts with the calcium in the concrete to create an interesting color that may be variegated, mottled, streaked or uneven in saturation of color. The final finish can be matt or glazed for a variety of effects. This is a surface treatment that can be very pleasing and can be used on old concrete or on newly poured concrete. Since this is a stain process, each application is completely unique and individual in appearance.
